[Enter the Application SMT] The e-COPING tool is designed to be an online self-help application that offers guidance to students and other users as they make choices in stressful contexts, through assessing and improving their coping strategies. Based on recent advances in research, this application helps the user to evaluate different aspects of the stress that they experience in academic life, and encourages personal adjustments to optimize their coping strategies. It is useful for different categories of students in higher education, and especially recommended for graduates who are preparing for professional exams.
